At House of K-Glow, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All seals must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Return

Please email returns@houseofkglow.ie or returns@houseofkglow.com

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (If damaged)

Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs where applicable.
