  • 1.     After cleansing and toning, gently shake the bottle 3–5 times to evenly disperse the formula.

    2.     Apply a small amount evenly across the face, avoiding the eye and lip areas.

    3.     Gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed.

    4.     Follow with a hydrating moisturiser to maintain skin comfort.

    5.     Use once daily at most, preferably in the evening. Beginners should start 2–3 times per week and gradually increase frequency as tolerated.

    6.     During the day, always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher).
